The service

DUDSINK, operated by DUDSINK Private Limited, is software that assembles quotations, proposals and business profiles from the information you provide and exports them as PDF documents. We may improve or change features over time to keep the service useful and reliable.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide at signup.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• You must be authorised to represent the business you sign up on behalf of.

Your content

You retain ownership of the briefs, pricing, company details and other content you enter to build documents. You grant us permission to process that content for the sole purpose of providing the service and assembling your documents.

Acceptable use

• Do not use DUDSINK to create documents that are unlawful, misleading or fraudulent.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not use the service to infringe the rights of others.

Accuracy of documents

DUDSINK helps you assemble documents quickly, but you are responsible for reviewing what you send. Always check pricing, totals, scope and terms before issuing a document to a client. The documents you create and send are your responsibility.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and dependable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or make changes that affect availability.

Fees

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you choose. You can review what each plan includes on our pricing page. Team pricing is confirmed when you talk to us.

Liability

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, DUDSINK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of documents you create and send.

Ending your use

You can stop using DUDSINK at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached. On termination, you can request removal of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
